Question 1

What do you need from us to begin a project?

Accepted Answer

To get started on a visualization or animation project, we typically require your 3D model. If a model isn’t available, architectural drawings will work as well. Along with this, a brief outlining the desired mood, materials, and key priorities helps us understand the direction of the project. To keep things organized, we follow a structured framework that guides you in sharing all the essential inputs from the outset. Our team of architects then reviews the information, refines or develops the model if needed, and ensures the final visuals accurately reflect your intent.

Question 2

Which file formats can you work with?

Accepted Answer

We’re comfortable working with raw 3D files from most major architectural software, including Rhino, Autodesk Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. You don’t need to worry about specific export settings. Our workflow is adapted to each project so that any future geometry changes can be handled smoothly. If certain elements are missing, our team can also model them. For larger masterplan projects where the massing models are still rough, we can quickly develop detailed building volumes using our in-house tools and a library of architectural facade presets.

Question 3

Can you provide a cost estimate before the project begins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once we have a clear understanding of your project’s scale, the required deliverables, and the timeline, we prepare a detailed and transparent estimate. This helps you see exactly how the costs are structured whether the scope involves a single render, a full competition set, or an animation. Our proposals are set up in a modular way, allowing you to adjust the scope or add elements as the project develops.

Question 4

What is the usual turnaround time for a project?

Accepted Answer

A single rendering typically takes around one week to complete. When the scope includes a full set of images, the timeline usually ranges between two to three weeks, depending on the scale and complexity of the project. Animations require a longer production period and generally take about four to eight weeks. Across all project types, our workflow is structured to maintain a balance between efficient delivery and consistent visual quality.

Question 5

Do you collaborate with both architects and real estate developers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we work with both architects and property developers across the world. For architects, our visualizations are often used in competitions, client presentations, and design reviews. Many studios rely on high-quality renders to clearly communicate design intent during competitive submissions and early project discussions.
For developers, our animations and visual content are used as marketing tools—helping present projects more effectively, attract potential investors, and generate interest among buyers. Over time, these collaborations have shown that strong visual storytelling can support both architectural design communication and real estate marketing.

Question 6

What is the most effective way we can support your project visually?

Accepted Answer

Our approach focuses on turning project presentations into visual narratives rather than relying only on static renders. Instead of delivering just a few final images, we develop a broader set of visual assets—such as animations, cinemagraphs, and short branded films—that communicate the project from multiple angles. This kind of content helps audiences grasp the design more easily, keeps their attention longer, and makes the proposal more persuasive. Many architects and developers notice that when motion-based visuals are included, presentations become clearer and conversations move forward with less explanation needed.

Question 7

Can you assist with competition submissions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our background in architecture allows us to support teams preparing entries. Since our team includes architects, we understand how competition boards are typically structured and how visuals are used to communicate ideas clearly. Our focus is on producing images that highlight the concept, atmosphere, and key moments of the proposal rather than only creating highly polished renders. This approach helps teams present their design intent in a clear and compelling way for juries and review panels.

Question 8

How much lead time do you need for a competition project?

Accepted Answer

Ideally, we receive the final 3D model about a week before the visualization work begins. From that point, the process usually takes around two weeks to develop the renderings, explore a few visual directions, and finalize the images. That said, we understand that competition timelines are often tight, so we structure our workflow to respond quickly when needed and deliver visuals that strengthen the clarity and impact of your jury presentation.
